Everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful, professional and kind. True experts that get the job done! I felt in the know with every single step along the way and my windows were installed faster than expected. The team armed me with all the info I need to make the most of credits and money savings, so that has brought me peace as well. Highly recommend!

I would say we could not be happier any problems that may have occurred were taking care of on the spot the crew was very nice attentive and careful with their installation kudos to them. I do recommend A1 windows and doors I already have in fact my daughter and son-in-law got a full house full of windows and doors as well.

Had a new front door installed by A1. The whole process was easy. They came over and took measurements, I picked my door from their catalogue, and waited for the door to be made. Unfortunately, the manufacturer took several months to produce the door (I know this is fairly common and not A1's fault). Robin was very communicative during the waiting process and kept me updated. Finally, last week I had my door installed. Julian and Lorenzo, my installers were amazing! They had a few challenges installing the new door on my 100 year old door frame, but they made it work and it looks fantastic. Both were also super kind to help me with hanging a light fixture that I was working on while they happened to be there installing my door. Highly recommend this company and especially Julian and Lorenzo.

This company was super. They came when scheduled, both for the measurements and costs and when they scheduled the installation. They kept me informed about the progress of my windows manufacturing because they were special order. They sent two installers that were experienced and since it was a two day job, they cleaned up before leaving in the first night. Super job all around.

I was very happy with A1's service. They replaced six old louvered windows in a 1970's condominium for me. I found them professional and helpful from first to final contact. The windows have been a big help for noise reduction, appearance, and energy efficiency. As a community servant, I appreciate A1's willingness to offer special financing options for a high-cost (albeit high-quality) commodity. They were very accommodating on this point. They arrived at our home and embarked on an aggressive sales pitch, presenting us with an initially exorbitant quote for hurricane window replacements. Subsequently, they engaged in a seemingly scripted phone conversation in our presence, miraculously reducing the price. If we didn't take the bait, they repeated the process. This approach left us feeling uneasy and immensely disappointed, prompting us to politely show them the door. Next came our meeting with Jim Dell representing A1 Windows and Doors. I expected to have a similar experience with Jim as we had with company X, but Jim exceeded all our expectations. Jim was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences. He provided us with a range of choices, explaining the features and benefits of each one. His patience and expertise made the decision-making process a breeze, and I felt confident in our choices. And at the end of the meeting he provided us with an estimate that was both transparent and devoid of any high-pressure tactics. The price was good that day, and if memory serves me right, it remained so for up to 30 days (though don’t quote me on exact timeframe). First and foremost, Robin, who schedules everything and is the glue that holds it all together (my opinion), deserves a round of applause. The installation teams, Beaush, Colin, Bill, and Tim, were the true stars of the show. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were remarkable. Both the doors and windows were installed with precision, and the quality of their work was evident in the final results. They were not only skilled but also respectful of my home, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy after the installation was complete.
